This ground up business park next to the Santa Barbara Airport was designed with simple architectural forms buffered by a landscape swale. This modern complex, which aims to support creative start-ups, is divided into beautiful pedestrian entries and efficient service access ways. Each end of the complex is anchored with retail food services.

Project Size: 12,000 total sq. ft.

 Completion Date: Summer 2018

This project was designed while Jaime Palencia was a Senior Designer with Kupiec Architects.
