Built in 1885, the existing Victorian was built high above the ground to withstand a splintered levy that held back the American and Sacramento River. By digging down approximately 18", we were able to create two - 2 bedroom units and upgrade the entire building's electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as well as completely replace the original brick foundation. It is our hope that these major modifications will allow this Midtown gem to continue for another 100 years.
